Through the back side of Çeşme that has less traffic, over Ovacık village, the course continues towards Alaçatı and through the Şifne direction passing Ildırı. The ancient city of Erythrai is the first Ionian city. The destination proceeds to Kadıovacık, Barbaros, Birgi, Uzunkuyu and Zeytinler villages through the village roads with almost no traffic.

The Ürkmez, Gümüldür, Özdere sea shores, having clean sea, wide beaches and various accommodation options, are significant spots for regional tourism.

It is the hardest course among the Ephesus-Mimas cycling routes; after Bademler village to the Yelki-Güzelbahçe district center and Küçükkaya and Efemçukuru villages, it connects to Gödence. Pedalling at Bademler, the route heads to the Güzelbahçe - Seferihisar road in two lanes and continues to Çamlı and Yelki with dense traffic, reaching Güzelbahçe. The route is more or less easy up till here, and then it goes uphill to Kızıldağlar through the Küçükkaya village road.

The ancient oracular center in Ahmetbeyli starts at Claros and ends at the upper gate of the ancient city of Ephesus in Selçuk. You can reach the Ahmetbeyli district through the asphalt Menderes road which, although is wide enough, sometimes can have traffic.
