Structure of the course: Starting with an asphalt village road at Gödence, the course follows terrain roads, forest roads and little apparent paths. It is convenient to walk on the course passing, through vineyards and olive groves, in any season. There are four villages on the course.
Details of the course: Starting from the center of Gödence, it splits from the center through the village road Gölcük, Çamtepe on the northeast. About 600 m later, the asphalt village road splits into two. Our route continues with the Çamtepe-Efemçukuru village road on the east. After 200 m onwards from this fork, it leaves the asphalt village road and goes into terrain road on the right. The route continuing southeast will partly escalate parallel to the south slope of the shoulder through the road which splits into two at the end of the west slope of the left shoulder. At this point, there are forks to right and to south. Not going into these roads, you need to follow the road always parallel to the left and the south slope. At the end of the south slope of the shoulder, the course doesn’t follow the roadside; it turns south through the road going into the forest. After a 300 m walk, you will arrive at an open place where croplands can be seen. You should go straight, not into the road turning right. After 150 m from the turn, the road splits into two again. The route does not go to the left this time but straight. After 300 m, it goes into a path on the left and goes up to the shoulder, nearby the croplands. After passing the croplands, the route goes into the forest, into a valley on the east and escalates towards the opposite slope. It cuts the forest road and goes on parallel to the slope. 7.5 km from the beginning of the course, the route continues with an asphalt village road again and after 500 m, it leaves this road, advancing through a terrain road and reaching Efemçukuru village center. The village coffee house is a good place to have a break.
The route leaving the village center follows the terrain road in the northern direction, following the west border of the village and parallel to the slope. At the end of the slope, the route goes into the forest and into a path, descending towards the valley. When you immediately pass the opposite side of the valley and go up, you will arrive at Kavacık village center.
The route follows the right slope of the valley which lies towards west from Kavacık and goes into a forest road. First at the west, then at the north where the valley starts to fork, about 500 m later, it crosses the valley and goes up to the shoulder. It passes by the opposite of the valley by escalating towards northwest on the shoulder. The route continuing parallel to the slope ends at Payamlı village center.
