The course starts at the Alaçatı EMY 1 route and goes through the Alaçatı-İzmir highway.  It goes towards İzmir and to the western and southern district of Kutlu Aktaş dam and finally gets to the Karaköy junction. The route goes through the asphalt road with dense traffic during the summer, to the stabilized road, leaving the wind tribunes on the left and reaching Karaköy where five or six people deal with husbandry. In order to reach Posköy from Karaköy through the east, you should follow the stabilized road. The route continues through the forest, goes underneath the Çeşme-İzmir highway and connects to the Zeytineli-Uzunkuyu village road. The route goes towards left, goes through the Çeşme-İzmir highway and passes Nohutalan and Germiyan villages in the Çeşme and reaches Germiyan beach that connects it to the EMY1 route which passes through the Çeşme-Ildırı asphalt road. There are no water resources on the route but it is available at the settlements. Karaköy and Posköy are archeological sites.
 
Nohutalan village is famous with its melons to which a festival is dedicated during the first week of September. Germiyan is known with its bread. Many local products are available at the producer's market established by the villagers. There are many options in Alaçatı and Germiyan regarding accommodation, food and beverage.
