It starts at the Çeşme port and connects to the EMY 1 route at Uzunkuyu village. The course proceeds through the Çeşme bazaar and, for a short while, follows the İzmir-Çeşme highway. It continues on the side streets for about 5 km and reaches Alaçatı through back alleys. Through the road where Alaçatı surfing school is located the route continues towards Mersin bay and proceeds among the wind tribunes to Zeytineli village and then to Uzunkuyu village.
